Established in 2018, ThermoStaff was built by the trade, for the trade. Founded by a former HVAC owner-operator, the company was created after seeing firsthand that the biggest bottleneck in HVAC isn’t equipment or customers, it’s people.
Most shops struggle with inconsistent work because there are no real SOPs, hiring gets rushed because no one has time, turnover hits at the worst moments, and small problems like attendance issues or team drama end up draining time and slowing growth.
ThermoStaff was started to fix these issues by giving HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical firms access to real people-operations leadership without the cost of a full-time HR department. We build systems, create structure, improve accountability, support hiring and onboarding, and help owners stabilize their teams so the business can finally run the way it should.
